  • Execution of bookings and transport contracts
  • Contacting you in case of questions or changes (e.g. delays, flight changes)

Depending on the type of enquiry or booking, the following data may be processed in particular:

  • Trip data (pick-up and destination address, date, time, flight number, number of passengers, luggage information)

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract (e.g. offers, bookings, trip management).
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation (e.g. tax and commercial retention obligations).
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests (e.g. IT security, defence of legal claims).
  • In individual cases, on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (e.g. for optional marketing communication, if offered).

5. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the transport order or for legal reasons. This includes in particular:

  • Partner taxi companies and drivers who actually carry out the trip
  • Technical service providers (e.g. hosting providers, e-mail providers)
  • Tax advisors, authorities or other public bodies where we are legally obliged to do so

As a rule, there is no transfer of data to third countries (outside the EU/EEA), unless this is necessary for the performance of a service requested by you or appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are in place.

6. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention periods.

  • Contract and booking data are usually stored for the duration of the business relationship and beyond that for the statutory retention period (e.g. 7 years under Austrian commercial and tax law).
  • Data from enquiries (without subsequent booking) are deleted after a reasonable period if there is no further necessity for processing.

7. Server log files & technical data

When you visit our website, certain technical information is automatically collected and stored in so-called server log files. This may include in particular:

  • IP address and IP location
  • Date and time of access
  • Visited pages / files
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

These data are used exclusively for technical operation, optimisation of the website and system security and are not combined with other data that would allow identification of a specific person.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy from time to time so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to reflect changes to our services (e.g. the introduction of new services). The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
