What does an airport transfer in Vienna mean?

- Direct ride home: Then we drive you without detours to your destination address in Vienna or the surrounding area.
Where is the meeting point at Vienna Airport?
Our fixed meeting point for pick-up at Vienna Airport is directly in front of the café “Costa Coffee” in the arrivals area of Terminal 3. Our drivers wait there with a name sign, unless we agreed on something different with you.
- You collect your luggage and leave the security area in Terminal 3.
- In the public arrivals hall you walk towards Costa Coffee.
- In front of the café our drivers wait visibly – usually holding a sign with your name or the company name.
- From there it is only a short walk to the vehicle (short-term parking / car park), so you do not have to carry your luggage far.
- If you do not see your driver immediately, you can call them directly on the mobile number provided with your booking.
If you prefer a different meeting point (e.g. special exit, wheelchair service or meeting point), we can arrange this during the booking process.

How the booking process works
1. Request or online booking
You provide your pick-up address, date, time, flight number (for return transfers) and number of passengers. Optionally you can request child seats, extra luggage or several stops.
2. Confirmation & fixed price
You receive a confirmation of your airport transfer with a fixed price and all details of the journey. This price does not change – even in case of traffic jams or detours.
3. On the day of travel
Your driver picks you up punctually at the agreed place or waits for you in the arrivals hall. If you have any questions you can reach us via the phone number provided.
