A booking is only deemed binding if it has been explicitly confirmed by us – exclusively in written form (by e-mail, SMS or app confirmation). Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding pick-up guarantee. If no confirmation is sent, we do not assume any liability for missed pick-ups or unavailability of vehicles.

After confirmation and acceptance by a partner company, full liability regarding the transport service is transferred to this company. TaxiLoyal.at is only liable for damages arising from its own mediation activity and only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Online dispute resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we refer to the online dispute resolution platform of the EU Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
