Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a name sign. Detailed information about the meeting point will be sent with your booking confirmation.

We monitor the arrival time of your flight. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pick-up time accordingly. Any waiting time will be handled fairly and transparently.

Yes, payment by card is generally possible in our vehicles. Please mention during the booking that you would like to pay by card so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

Depending on the selected vehicle category, we can transport between 1 and 8 passengers. For a lot of luggage or special items (e.g. skis, pushchairs), we recommend booking a van.
