About us
How Loyal Airport Service started
Loyal Airport Service was born out of conversations between taxi and passenger transport entrepreneurs in Vienna. Our goal: make airport transfers easier, safer and more transparent for passengers – and at the same time bring reliable, plannable trips to serious operators.
From this idea we built a professional airport taxi service and dispatch platform, operated in accordance with Austrian trade law. We work exclusively with licensed companies and vetted drivers.

Founder & operator
Goran Lazarevic · Licensed entrepreneur & platform operator
As an active entrepreneur Goran knows the daily challenges in the taxi business: parallel requests, night shifts, sick leaves. Loyal Airport Service is designed to relieve that pressure – fair, transparent and compliant, so that passengers arrive safely and operators can plan their work.

Marko is responsible for the technical architecture: booking flow, driver app and dispatch view. His focus is performance, reliability and a simple user experience on mobile devices.

Quality & legal compliance
Every partner company is checked manually before activation. Drivers must hold valid documents (driving licence, taxi driver licence, etc.) and comply with Austrian cash register and receipt obligations.
- Company check based on GISA extract and concession.
- Driver check: licence and taxi driver licence for every driver.
- Commitment to record every trip properly.
- Immediate suspension in case of serious violations or expired documents.
Price transparency
Before you complete your booking you see the total price including all known surcharges (e.g. night surcharge, child seat). The price includes the booked route and a defined waiting time at the airport or pick-up point.
Additional services – such as extended waiting time or extra stops – are shown clearly and transparently. The invoice is always issued by the company or driver who actually carried out your trip.
Against illegal work & fraud
- No anonymous providers – only verified companies and personally checked drivers.
- Spot checks & immediate suspension in case of violations (e.g. missing receipts).
- Zero tolerance for price gouging, abuse or fraud attempts.
- Traceable processes for customers: confirmation, pick-up details and invoice from the provider.
Working group, not anonymous platform
Loyal Airport Service sees itself as a working group of independent, licensed entrepreneurs. We bundle know-how and capacity to give customers safe service and our partners more planning security – without anonymous structures or price dumping.
Reporting & feedback
If you notice irregularities, please let us know. We investigate every report confidentially and take action where necessary.
